Inspection Comments |
FOLLOW-UP ON ITEMS #22 AND #51 FROM THE ORIGINAL INSPECTION ON 11/13/23.
ITEM #22- COOLER THAT WAS NOT HOLDING TEMPERATURE THAT WAS STILL FOUND TO BE HOLDING TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOOD ITEMS. REACH IN COOLER WAS STILL NOT HOLDING TEMPERATURE AND THE FACILITY HAS SOME WHIP CREAM BEING STORED INSIDE. MANAGER STATED THAT THEY DO NOT USE THIS COOLER BECAUSE THE MACHINE ATTACHED IS NOT INS SERVICE. I STATED IF THAT IS THE CASE, THE COOLER NEEDS TO BE LABELED THAT IT IS NO LONGER TO BE USED FOR COLD STORAGE OR REMOVED COMPLETELY IF NOT IN USE FOR DRY STORAGE. WHIP CREAM WAS THROWN AWAY. MANAGER STATED THEY WOULD HAVE THAT COOLER LABELED. #51 WATER LINE BEING SPLIT FOR THE SERVICE SINKS IN THE KITCHEN AND THE DINING ROOM. PARTS HAVE BEEN ORDERED TO CORRECT THE CONNECTION FOR THE CHEMICAL DISPENSING SYSTEM FOR BOTH THE KITCHEN SERVICE SINK AND DINING ROOM JANITORIAL SERVICE SINK. THEY SAID EVERYTHING SHOULD BE COMPLETED IN 8 DAYS. A FOLLOW-UP TO CHECK ON THESE ISSUES WILL BE DONE ON 11/27/23 |
